Points Value
Simply, each point is the equivalent of $0.01 . 100 Points would equal $1.00
Cashing In Points
During the checkout process you'll find the option to cash in any points you've accumulated towards the total of your order.
You can cash in points up to 50% of your subtotal. For example if you were buying $20 worth of goods, the maximum amount of points you could redeem would be 1000 points (equal to $10.00).
Points cannot be used towards tax or shipping charges.
Important reminders
You'll need to have created an account IN THE ONLINE STORE to accumulate points, having a login here in the forums alone is not sufficient.
In order to have your posts here register as points your online store login will need to be THE SAME AS your forums login.
To gain points for purchases and writing reviews you will NEED TO BE LOGGED IN to your ONLINE STORE ACCOUNT while completeing an online purchase or submitting a review.
Edge Angling reserves the right to remove or disallow points based on any and all abuse of this system (for example registering for more than one online store account, submitting useless reviews, spam posts, etc.) Edge Angling reserves the right to make any and all judgements as to what constitutes "abuse" and each user wishing to participate in the program relinquishes their right to hold Edge Angling responsible for any perceived or actual "loss" stemming from such abuse. <----- Basically we want everyone to have fun, build up points, get more gear for their money and not try to "pull any fast ones" on EA.
