hey Chris...I used small shrink tube on the hardware to keep the paint off while painting...might work well with screw eyes at either end...just slide a little over the loop, cut it and shrink it down and it won't come off till you are done painting... my eyes just showed up in the mail so I hope to have some epoxied for wed nite...I bought little 7mm eyes...I think I like em'

i wont have anything new for wednesday, works been killing me, lots of stuff in the works though, i will bring some plugs from last season just to share.

some of the new guys from the other nite, George shoved the bottle darter into is pocket before I could take a pic of it ..and here's the sweet jointeds that he turned recently..they take a big lip...these are copies of the Capt. Andy jointed eel that was posted recently...three different woods to see which swims best, I think I will finish them with just clear to show the woodgrains and highlight with a little metallic pigment...oh, and I was goofing around and decided it might be fun to make a spook in parrot colors that actually looked like a parrot
