Default messing around...cont'd

OK, so literally ...completely around..I took George's disgarded bodies...he has a basement full of bodies and parts and well...creepy like horror film down there.....I turned his pencil bodies around to make spooks and a metal lip something or other...got the idea for the spooks from an old, big, freshwater spook that I saw on ebay...had a round head and quickly tapered to a very thin tail...I'm pretty sure it was Tom Merch that said he'd fished something with that shape and loved it....we'll see

hey Chris...I used small shrink tube on the hardware to keep the paint off while painting...might work well with screw eyes at either end...just slide a little over the loop, cut it and shrink it down and it won't come off till you are done painting... my eyes just showed up in the mail so I hope to have some epoxied for wed nite...

I bought little 7mm eyes...I think I like em'

Hey Dub, got your message. See you tomorrow. They take a tailweight but can't remember so I'm bringing 1/8 oz.

some of the new guys from the other nite, George shoved the bottle darter into is pocket before I could take a pic of it..and here's the sweet jointeds that he turned recently..they take a big lip...these are copies of the Capt. Andy jointed eel that was posted recently...three different woods to see which swims best, I think I will finish them with just clear to show the woodgrains and highlight with a little metallic pigment...

oh, and I was goofing around and decided it might be fun to make a spook in parrot colors that actually looked like a parrot
