  1. Switching it Up (22 Aug 2009)

    by , 07-31-2011 at 02:26 PM
You ever stand next to someone while they hook fish after fish and you can’t seem to buy a swipe?

    I have…

I used to get really frustrated when this would happen. Further, my frustration would only serve to make my problems worse. It was my problem and not the fish or the plug by the way. It’s amazing what frustration can do to destroy your concentration, but it’s even more amazing what focus and observation can do to flip your average from batting zero to much closer ...

  2. Secrets (June 29, 2009)

There are places along the coast which are sacred water. Secret worlds. They are places where large fish can be caught with alarming regularity. Many are known, but many more will remain undiscovered forever. Some are places with popular names but their secrets are shrouded in mystery to all but a handful of patrons. 3. In the Waves (June 5, 2009)

Anyway, on my long ride home my wife dozed off and my mind began to wander. The crosswind banging my truck around over the bridges got me pondering current ...

  5. Old stuff

    by , 06-17-2011 at 04:39 PM
With the new baby in our lives I haven't found much time to fish, nevermind write. I love to do both, but when presented with some free time now-a-days you can imagine which one I choose.

Anyways, I have a lot of old stuff I wrote which was good for drumming up some chatter with other crowds. Figured I'd start sharing some of it here with you guys in lieu of actually putting together some new stuff.

Hope you enjoy it. I'll start putting them up shortly.
