    Van Staal Pliers

    Recommended: Yes
    Waited a long time to make this jump, but it was worth it! They DO NOT RUST. They are lighter than my old high end pliers, and the replacement cutters are readily available. Nice lanyard, but I could have done without the extra cost of the sheath, as I use my AS. Very happy with my purchase. Now I don't need a scissors on my belt to cut the braid.

    The Best Plyers For Saltwater

    These plyers are expensive, but you'll never need to buy another pair in your life. Extremely lightweight, able to cut mono and braid with ease. The best plyers on the market for surfcasters.

    Van Staal Pliers Are Good

    Holds up to saltwater dunkings and exposure with absolutely no rinsing or care. Cuts mono, braid, nose hair, padlocks, jugulars, and bra underwire. Gimme my junior.
