NorthBar Tackle

As far as plastic plugs for surfcasting go, maybe none is more innovative than the NB Bottledarter from NorthBar Tackle. That lure is a favorite among many a seasoned surfcaster, and one of the lures I try to get beginners to leave the shop with. The reasons are obvious, it casts great, tends not to hang up on the bottom, can be fished multiple ways effectively under a wide-range of conditions, will hold in big water and best of all, catches lots of fish.
