The Point Jude Eel w/ Swim Head are surgical off the front which gives it the action your looking for in any eel alternative. They are armed with 7/0 hooks respectively connected by 60 lb. wire. the lures is approx. 3 oz. and is 12" long. They have incredible life like, live eel action! They can be cast from shore like a live eel or trolled at low speed from a boat or kayak. (no worm needed with this lure, just the lure but why not experiment and see what happens).

I know Joe says that you don't need a worm with these, and that may very well be true. But if you do put a worm on the back hook and slow troll it, these things are killer.
